With the application form you have to pass by the Swiss embassy in your country. Usually the official invitation which your NUSA has received from our secretary is sufficient as document for the visa application. In case you need any other invitation (e.g. a personalized invitation), please contact us per e-mail. The organization committee of the University of St.Gallen will reimburse the expenses for the visa. Therefore, please send us an email with the receipt together with your bank account details. If you prefer, you can also handle the reimbursement directly at the WUC CC in St.Gallen. For this option, please bring us your receipt to St.Gallen and you will get back the money in Swiss Francs or Euros.
